Nice start. Re multiple, the closest thing I am aware of to ALYA at this point is Wonderware (WNDR), which was bought out several months ago. I don't know how one looks up retrospective earnings multiples on a stock which is no longer traded. But if you can find that, it might provide a useful basis ... discounted somewhat because WNDR had grown from a startup like ALYA into a pretty significant company.


WNDR developed Windows-based factory automation software -- tied together everything on the factory floor from a process control standpoint. As stated, they were a much more significant company than ALYA is now, so some discount from their multiple would be appropriate.
