Already read it last night and agree that it sounds familiar. IMO you can't keep a company with a good product down. Once a domestic partner is hooked up, Vivus management won't really matter. All Vivus will have to do is manufacture MUSE as quickly and cheaply as possible. Wilson will probable have nothing to do except count paper clips on his desk. That's OK with me--nothing left for him to mess up.

MUSE + Large pharma marketing the product + Vivus only concerned with production = great profit.

We will survive.
