You mean how do I know or what is it?

Eric B. has said numerous times that he's not interested
in merging or buyout or whatever.

Plus, a poster on this thread, who works at COMS said
that there is a very tough poison pill counterattack.

So, I'd say their position is they don't want anything
to do with buyouts...unless, it were for some hugely
ridiculous amount. (imo)
