Let's follow your conjecture with another - Do you think the fact that the volume has dropped off (at least temporarily) right after the 10-Q was filed has anything to do with these conversions? It is almost as if someone wanted to get all his selling done before it became public that he/she had converted. I don't know what this may mean - just an observation. Eric
