Mike, your making a statement not an opinion. If you don't know for sure than don't word it like that. What makes you believe they will? Do you know what the bank account and expenses look like? Have you talked to someone inside the company? I've heard about a month ago they were going to by a broker. I've been told alot of things over the year. Why didn't IDID file for protection? Both companies have alot of pissed of shareholders and neither company has money. What's come of the IDID lawsuits....sitting in court. If your thinking about the creditors like telephonics? or other individuals not paid for services, we'll the old story goes something like, you'll get paid we can pay you! Unless you have verifiable proof that chapter 11 will occur, make sure you put "in my opinion" at the end of your statement. The way I see it, my stock is leveraged right now, the slightest move up gains me a large return. If I sell now I get peanuts and a doubling on those peanuts is still peanuts. It would take many many peanut doubles to get me anything of interest, and by that time MAYBE my little company can do something. Yes, SEXI was a total shell just like ADGI, I'm hoping that all the large shareholders will want more than $.125 for there stock. I don't like peanuts. Did they file today? :) Aloha
