David, Not only has JNNE stated that a RS in NOT in the plans, I can see no logical reason for them to even want to do something like that.

If, for any reason, they wanted to issue shares for a new acquisition or something like that, they have plenty of shares available to do that.

As I see it, there are only three reasons any company does a reverse split...

1) When they have run out of available shares authorized to be issued.

2) When they have to bring the share price up to meet a minimum requirement, such as retaining or meeting a listing requirement.

3) Stupidity, because the price will drop thereafter for any other reason.

JNNE says they have NO plans for any reverse and I believe them. It just makes no sense here.
