Perjury is a felony.....If it can be proven that Clinton perjured himself, he would be a felon if convicted on those grounds if he were not the President.....Isn't it a logical assumption then that since a felon is not able to hold office, the Legislature would be compelled to initiate articles of impeachment? bp
