Well, I called and got some guy who wasn't the operator who took a while to find a sales person, then I got transferred to a voice mail... I'll try again later. I'm still a little nervous about the lack of production of this company, but if anyone has been looking around. There has been some huge moves in this industry (helpdesk/monitoring) Tivoli and IBM our starting to really kick in. I'm hoping or thinking that GLBM will be noticed by an IBM or an HP and then acquired or better yet major PARTNERSHIP with distribution channel built in. My thoughts are "There's stock you do well on and stocks you hold longer...." I'll get back with my report shortly -Jon ps. Remedy is a great buy right now.... RMDY
