Is there any significance to CEOs of large gorilla stocks selling big blocks?

Bill Gates is selling 1.5 million shares of MSFT
Paul Allen is selling 1 million shares of MSFT

Now we hear that Chambers is selling 390,000 shares of CSCO.
On CNBC yesterday, an analyst said that companies like MSFT, CSCO, DELL etc are the last to drop in a correction. He said he expected them to drop in October.
