Del, the so called "Sub C" is a common battery for power tools - I think this is what you need. I have been looking for a NiMH version of this size also but have not yet found it. NiCad Sub C batteries are available - McMaster Carr has these at a reasonable price. However, I refuse to buy any more NICads! Ray Bowman
