According to IR recent decline in price is due to Rockford Corp. selling shares in vioation of court order (the co Rhombic bought the IEC from for 3m shares) They had about 1.4m restricted shares. Volume has been heavier than usual over the last few weeks, there shouldn't much of those shares left. I averaged down yesterday, and will take some more over the next few days. I believe this is the bottom. MG
