< Is there any significance to CEOs of large gorilla stocks selling big blocks?>

Not really. There are narrow time windows with strict SEC rules as
to *when* insiders may sell or dispose or purchase of holdings. Options may have expiration dates and all that. I really don't
think any of the above need the cash. The selling of a block
usually means the purchase of options at a lower price, and there are
tax advantages to this *trade*.

Coming back to No-Tell, crisco and loosent. I believe No-Tell has to
overcome the big sucking noise of the loss of market-cap when the news
of the Bay acquisition was released. Time will tell. Both loosent
and crisco are better positioned. My ranking ?? crisco, loosent
and no-tell, in that order.
