I don't know, but from time to time someone posts figures like that. I think I read that it's presently (or was recently) something like 140% of current GNP, so if you can find the GNP figure you could get an estimate. Whatever it is, it's bloated beyond belief, with P/Es higher and dividend income lower than ever before.

Very sober article this week in The New Yorker that reflects exactly what I think.
