Here's a repost of note 1606: Well by Aug 15th we should really see things shaping up.. see the course and potential of the profit stream. We would also like to thank you for taking the time to write to us with your thoughts and comments as they are valuable and will be reviewed. Our 1st quarter financials will be out in approximately 10 days. The second quarter financials will be released by Aug. 15, 1998. Once again thank you. Regards Howard Haber ...so I assume this isn't valid anymore? And whatever happened to their form 10 submission? Wasn't there a timeframe they had to meet for that to take effect?
