From an email I just received: "I spoke to Mike Skerry this morning about why the stock open so low and he told me that Rockford Associates (not Rockford Technologies) defied a court order and started dumping the restricted shares that were not supposed to be traded before the year 2000, they were caught at it and a warrant is being issued for the arrest of the perpetrators. The matter is in the hands of Rhombic attorneys and we will probably get an official release tomorrow (or as soon as the attorneys allow it to be made public as a news release). You will notice that the price is moving back up now that the perpetrators have been caught. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this subject call Mike Skerry at 888-821-6607. I will keep you updated as I hear the progress. I also hear that there has been a buy recommendation released on Rhombic in Europe and am waiting for the proof to send out. Kathy Knight-McConnell"
