It is my opinion that some of the trading you see is selling for tax purposes. Especially for AMT purposes. I may be wrong, this could be pure speculation.... For those who believe AMT is applicable, holding on to shares means you might be paying AMT tax at > $10/share vs a street price of $2+. I believe some of the sales are tax forced and not "voluntary". If it wasn;t for Uncle Sam some of those sales might never have occurred! cheers, Mike Seningen
