Ayotte Music Inc., (AYO:ASE), Mr. Ray Ayotte, President and founder is pleased to announce a dealership agreement has been reached with major U.S. musical instrument retailer Musician's Friend.
Musician's Friend, who is ranked the third largest U.S. music products retailer in 1997 (according to the music trades publication August, 1998 edition), will start carrying Ayotte's complete product line effective immediately.
Musician's Friend is famous for their mail order business and will feature Ayotte drumSmith in the main catalogue. drumSmith, the mass produced, moderately priced and professional quality line of drums will be featured in both the 400pp main catalogue mail out for Jan. 1999, this mailing is sent out to approx. 500,000 customers, and a 100pp catalogue sent to 2 million prospective customers. Also included are follow up mail outs done throughout the year.
Musician's Friend also staffs 125 telemarketers fielding some 1 million calls a month. Also, their Web Site gets upwards of 1 million hits per week.
Musician's Friend retail stores will be carrying the full complement of Ayotte products that includes; Ayotte Custom Drums, drumSmith, drumsticks and Ayotte Keplinger snare drums.
