Mohammed, the only people that aren't able to come to a clear conclusion that the 5/15/98 filing is that of a floorless convertible are those who do not wish to see what is there. It is not incorrect that "large companies" are doing less and less business with Osicom every quarter. Or perhaps you think that revenues decline in the way that Osicom's do because they are doing more business. All one needs to do is to look at the 10q's to realize the truth. The company's habit of name dropping does not seem to translate into dollars on the top line. You are confusing fluff press releases with actually doing business. My statements are supported by the facts, yours by company press releases that are not supported by the SEC filings. Barb
