Steve, CPQ's Proliant 5000 has captured 80-85% of the market in its class. Overall, CPQ has an approximate 50% market share. IBM and HP are a distant second and third,(approximate tie)with 14-15%, and Digital is a distant fourth with 6-7%.

THE WTO will help all these Cos.
