Matt, Should we go all the way back to post #2136 to assess Darby's performance and determine whether or not she is due a little trust? What about the last six months? What has come about since then? Oh, yeah! No distribution deal still but at least they keep on promising one. Continually eroding market valuation. Shareholder lawsuits. Allegations of mismanagement of mutual funds at Dreyfus to prop up the price of this stock. This is all that I see that has happened in the last six months. Certainly nothing concrete to report in the area of contract negotiations, distribution deals, revenues, etc., you know, the sorts of things one responsibly bases a company's valuation on. I take you back to several days ago when I asked you why you felt the liberty to suggest that the deal would be announced by September 8. As I suspected, there would be no response. So I ask you again! Did Jennifer state exactly that the deal would be complete by then? or did certain of her statements make a logical case for assuming so and what were those statements? Or is this just your opinion and nothing more? It has to be one of the three! As for the rest of the longs here, I suggested that you also get on the phone, talk to Jennifer and either verify or repudiate Matt's account. No takers? I for one would like to know whether Jennifer is reputable or not or whether Matt has a habit of making unsubstantiated claims! I believe it would be to the advantage of everyone else here to know as well! Rockin' Robin
