I understand from listening to rumours on the street (which were started by Bill), that every Cashco shareholder will be getting 1 share of Microsoft for every 1/2 million shares of Cashco they currently own, this will happen after the merger.

Finally, the Evil Empire acknowledges the Y2K glitch.
Bill will be thrilled.
