Good morning/afternoon everyone. Been away this morning and just caught up with postings. Looks like the usual occasional lull that has happened nearly every day. If the pattern holds, we will see a great deal of volume this afternoon. Is it a MM huddle? We have speculated on that in the past, but who really knows.

What we do know is that news is forthcoming soon. Will it be good news. IMO, absolutely! Reynolds told me he would not issue interim PRs during negotiations (to avoid the hypester label), so when the news does hit it will mean that something positive has been completed on one of the three current projects.

For Russell Gish. I am not a numbers cruncher but I have a copy of one of the company's 10-Q reports filed on 11/17/97. Nice to have a fully reporting company. Rreynolds is filing the current 10-Q in a couple of days. You should have all your questions answered then. But, as of 9/31/97 there were 200-million shares authorized, with 190,736,923 shares issued and outstanding. Don't see a reference to the restricted shares, but I recall Reynolds telling me early on that 100-million shares were restricted. If the latest 10-Q does not reference the restrictions, I'll ask him what they are the next time I talk with him and post his response.
