The Hawke Group, to develop and maintain an interactive e-commerce website to promote
their cigar products on the internet. The Company intends to offer these products and
services through their wholly owned subsidiary, Mr. Cigar, Inc. International Industries has reserved the url
www.stogiesonline.com. Hawke Site's services will permit Mr. Cigar's stogiesonline to maintain a secure and simple shopping
site for its customers.
