I say, that's the problem! Have you read their last quarter 10Q
report? It does not mention about any partnerships and any
specific purchase orders that Osicom might have as of April 30.
That's why, I say again : "the best of knowledge" based on just
SEC reports is not good enough to determine a true status of a
company. Companies are obliged to share established bad news in
their 10Q, 10K or 8K reports - not necessary potential/established
good news as part of their day-day operation.

You got to dig in more to know the real current facts before you
could make absolute statements! Otherwise, it could be misleading
to others!
