Dear DR, yes our factory can easily supply the drums that Musician's Friend feels they will sell. This was the deal breaker as far as Musician's Friend was concerned. I should point out that Fiscal '98 sales for Musician's Friend were in the neighborhood of $100 million U.S. for catalogue sales and $38 million for retail store sales.

I would say that they can only have a positive impact on our sales.
