pizza, In a nut shell. Vascular forms of ED are due to the destruction of the calcium pumps which allow blood to adequately flow to the penis. They are able to genetically produce these pumps via human DNA ie the pumps are produced by copying their blueprint for production off the appropriate human DNA. These pumps were then injected into the peni of aged impotent rats. When the rats were anesthetized and the penis was stimulated electrically, the rats were able to achieve erections for up to 75 days. So this was human "pumps" which were injected into rat peni. If it works on rats there is no reason to believe that it would not work on humans. This news is significant. If men with vascular impotence can be cured by going to the doctor's office 6 times a year for a shot then they certainly will not want to use Viagra nor MUSe given this choice.
