Since you are an anonymous poster whose agenda is questionable, I think the shareholders would like to know your name, location, voice phone number and your relationship to the group that you said you represent since you are trying to organize a meeting.

Is this "special shareholders meeting" going to be open to all? Are all the names of those running the meeting going to be posted here prior to the meeting? Can CSMA's attorneys attend the meeting if they desire?

To other shareholders, since this person is claiming to be representing CSMA shareholders with this so called special meeting, he needs to provide us this information. If he doesn't provide this information then I would recommend ignoring his posts.
