ATTENTION EVERYONE: Just got off the phone wilh Jeffrey Bruhjell, president of IDCN. He stated that the PR stating the buyout by CMI
of IDCN for .37 per shared is valid!

I reached Jeffrey at the number given in the PR (514/987-8016); I was trying to reach Serge Talon, president and ceo of CMI Capital. Jeffrey answered the line and said Mr. Talon was out to lunch.

There will be a board meeting next week at IDCN to discuss the offer. Jeffrey stated that he did not know if there would be a vote at that time. However, he did state that he feels the offer is way too low.

He has been very busy answering the telephone. He was very cordial and
straight forward. He is amazed about the attention the company is receiving on SI.

There was not much else discussed other than he feels IDCN is a very strong jr. gold co.

IMHO, from the tone of his voice and his comments I don't think the company will accept the low offer from CMI. He feels too strong about IDCN.

There are two ways to look at the offer: 1) you can buy now at these low prices and the company accepts the CMI offer,in which case you can triple your investment. 2) you buy now and hold for the longer term for another offer or until gold is mined.

Good luck,

Ben
