Outlaw, no argument from me. I have gone on record here and in personal e-mails with people, stating that I do not believe that this is any way a necessity. Having said that, it does not mean that there are not reasons for the occurrence (obviously). Thus if/when I am able to track down some of the explanations, for this happening, I do still post them.

I wish I could act surprised by the cease-trade issuance, however, given the duration of this issue, I am not.
