Hello Alan. My feeling is the directors who wanted out have been dumping while existing and new investors have been accumulating. Although some of the players have changed recently, the mining plan remains the priority and Procon seems very willing and able to make it happen given its contract and participation on the board of directors.
Despite recent market declines, this mine can make its investors nice profits but we have to be patient. It appears the present plan avoids dilution and concentrates on getting into production -- and that's good for us!
