Remember, the Wells takeover of FIB was a hostile takeover, whereas the NOB takeover of Wells is friendly... NOB wants to cooperate and most of the WFB employees will be staying. In fact, many of the FIB employees that are still around are probably going to be happier with NOB management, so I see the takeover as being much, much smoother than the WFB-FIB merger.
