Alpha Counterclaim, there are now potential causation, reliance viz a viz US SEC Rule 10b-5 violations pursuant to said partial, incorrect, ambiguous, incomplete [re: Alpha v. KurzweilClaim ruling] publicly disclosed Lernout en Hauspie press release. Accordingly, advise POST HASTE full clarification of said Alpha v. Kurzweil arbitration ruling!
