I just spoke to Greg at the company and this is the information he gave me. The final contract with the ISP has been signed by both Planet City Software and by the ISP provider. The contract is signed with AOL (Canada). Thus, the Planet City Software will be available to all 17 million AOL subscribers. There sould be a press release on Yahoo any minute.

The naming of AOL in the Planet City press release has been delayed, however, since AOL must have authorization over any news releases, and they must send it to their legal department for review. Such review and processing could take up to 2 weeks, I am told. Apparently AOL has no objection to its name being used as a contract signer, but the company's due process demands legal review of all press releases.

Meanwhile, the company is targetting mid-September for their software to be available for purchase and download by AOL subscribers.

Any questions should be directed to Greg Kraft at 1-800-219-8785.
