Brees, I meant that I find it hard to believe that Spriggs' could not have known that "his" patents were in default due to non-pay.

Think about it, if you held a patent to something as revolutionary as this product is supposed to be, wouldn't you make sure they were so that no one could take them away from you? Especially before you did a deal with a company who was telling the world about your product.

I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade or anything like that. It may turn out that what you have heard will pan out. I am simply of the belief that it will not, and that Midland will not be in the fuel additive business. This is 100% speculation on my part, and not based on any hard fact. Heck, maybe they'll prove me wrong.
