Ruff says: "If you'd been with us back then...you would have bought silver around $3 and sold around $30." My family subscribed to the Ruff Times back then and I still vividly recall Ruff's "Everyone out of the water" issue where he advised his subscribers to sell all their gold and silver because the pm markets were too volatile. Silver was at $15 and gold was around $550. Still a decent profit, but so much for truth in advertising.
