Actually, its not hard for me to believe. I'm in business with other people and I pay attention long enough to be convinced that they are holding up their end. Then, I forget about it. From what I remember, everybody was convinced the pieces were all in place. John is saying he may have testimony to contribute. Sure, at this point, I find it hard to take anyone's word who was associated with Arcon. Until the legal eagles are done with it, I am just as befutled as anyone on the facts. On the other hand John may have been just as snowed and trusting as you and I were at one time. Anyway, he is apparently back in the picture after having done his patent clean-up work (as promised). So, even if he is judged no longer worthy of a MIDL acquisition, I'm giving him a thumbs up for integrity.
