......those aren't the major mkts which have the high incidence of the disease right now.....its the asian continent..thailand for example and the african continent which have the explosion of aids right now. Even during the recent bombing in africa...they were worried about getting blood from people who donated due to the high incidence of aids there.....They didn't even have the personnel to handle the increase in patients from the bombing never mind money for anything else. most developed countries as a general rule are not the quote growth mkt unquote .......as to the other comment of fighting a disease and its irony as a profit center......Aids is one disease which thru behavoir can be avoided unlike alot of others which can be associated with aging for instance.
