Joe, you said: Eric B. has said numerous times that he's not interested in merging or buyout or whatever. I would take that with a large grain of salt. The announcement of the merger between USRX and COMS left the industry and investment community in a state shock. There was little if any indication that it was even being considered, other than this little tidbit that was posted about two weeks before the announcement #reply-800768 - okay, so I got it backwards, but I was close. My point is that rarely will a company admit that they will consider selling out since it weakens their bargaining position.
