I sold all my memcf shares this morning after reading the news. I eked out a meager profit. I did not like the deal at all. Something must not be right, PLAT is acquiring an emerging company and paying no premium for that acquisition? Something is not kosher in the deal and that was the main reason why I sold out ( 23 1/2).
