Just got off the phone with Kaire Holdings...There is a total of around 16,000,000 shares of KAHI.We need to figure on the plus side of 16.As far as the conversions being done,there is approximately 1,000,000 shares left to be converted and its done,(alot better than the original 8,000,000 we were thinking)I spoke with Owen Maccartl.I tried Peter w/First Miracle Group,but he was'nt in.I'm going to try to post the Stockwiz e-mail next....John
