Hi Kevin, basically that is what the chart is saying to me. The price should start seeing a upward movement. When I can't answer that. As we could see today 0nly 108,000 and it drops 0.12. It appears some just wanted out and sold for whatever the bid was at the time. Like I said low volume. Regards, Bill Fortune III
