Gregg, thanks very much for your reply. To be honest, that's one of the reasons that I posted Cabi's remarks earlier this week: his comments in the SF Chronicle went beyond any responsible analyst I've read. His words just jumped off the page. And since I've been harboring this bear raid fear for a long time now, I couldn't help but think "oh,oh, here we go". I absolutely agree that posting a $.55 quarter would be a major blast to a cheap takeover, and it sickens me to think of the white knight alternative, but those are the only alternatives, short of litigation, that I see. Damn man, this is where the rubber really hits the road. Note to Maurice: this kind of stuff is not taught in Econ 1A, but it should be. Mike Doyle
