1.) USWDA floats $2 million more in stock without divulging that it another sweetheart deal like they gave Scumiakas* & Co. (Only this time they are paying 6% dividends as well as selling the stock for far far below market price.) 2.) Insiders are selling in droves. 3.) Sounds like the scam is nearing its end. Sell and save what few dollars you have left. *What happened to those "big deals" that were to be signed "any day now"? Scumiakas and Rod "the idiot" Stambaugh, what a team!
