Mike,

SNRS is marginable, as of today! I'm surprised that the volume wasn't any heavier today to the upside. Figured a lot of folks would be doubling up their position. But, considering that I called 3 brokers today to ask about margin and each had to check with their back office or clearing house, a lot of people do not know. Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter said it was not but U.S. Clearing, JWCharles, and I heard also Bear Sterns said it was! Well it IS and the action should begin soon but keep in mind that now it can be shorted legally.

Just as a reminder, I have 8 patients in the FDA study and have been monitoring these patients for almost a year. All of them have one thing in common.....they are extremely happy! A husband of one came in to thank me personally and said I was batting 1.000 since his wife for the first time can put on makeup without her reading glasses and he made 40 grand trading the stock!

People should be ashamed or embarrassed to publish on this board any information that minimizes the LTK procedure. If they "need more info" well, hell, start reading! The top ophthalmologists in the country are involved with SNRS and even having the procedure done on themselves! What more can I say?

Maybe someone can take over? CakeBiz? BAHAMA? Granny?

Best Regards,

Barry
