Sir Gardenfinger,

The problem with the Gardenburger short is that a) there is another $5 million credit line and b) the marketing expenses are discretionary and c) the company is profitable. This is basically healthy company with reputable management. No reason to believe they are anything but aggressive. Plus, Gbur is trading at a multiple comparable with Worthington (as pointed out in the Oppenheimer report). It looks to me like there are better shorts around.
