Out of one bag and into another! Perhaps you might be familiar with Possis Medical (POSS). They develop and market cardiovascular treatments under the brand name "AngioJet Rapid Thrombectomy", the "PermaFlow" Coronary Bypass Graft and the "PermanSeal" Dialysis Access Graft. Check out the S-3 filed yesterday. It has all the qualifications of a death spiral preferred and then some. (Hurl Factor gets a 99+ rating) With competition (how about using pills?) all over the map, who wants roto-rooter in their veins?
