Corsicana is shallow, 300 to 600 ft. You can drill a well there for about 2 to 3 thousand per well. Do the math. It is always better to share the risk. In Corsicana you have a high water cut about 70/30 and typically these wells are low producers but the field is only about 20% depleted but its a shallow pay zone hence the tight well spacing and because of a lack of bottom hole pressure (no or little gas present).
