On topic of the stock, Castle Creek filed that they sold 220,000 today. Add that to the 114,000 Marshall Capital (no relation) sold and over half of the final 357 units from the S-3 are gone. The 357 translated to about 590,000 shares. Each share sold gives the company 59-60 cents of course.
The S-3 which has crushed our stock price for nine months is almost done. Get ready for news. |
