<<"By the way it is Barbara Drew and Zenith Petroleum.">>

It's not easy keeping track of the players, and the ownership connections is it? See if you can connect these dots:
Corregidor LLC (Jack and Patricia Johnston)at one time tried to get involved with EDVC, Energy Corp.,......

...EDVC is of course closely connected to INCE, and is connected to Sunlight Systems (Bert Rooson, rec'd 1,083,896 shares of SUNY in exchange for 66,667 shares of restricted EDVC stock). Sunlight is connected to Mendell-Denver Corp. (Patricia Johnston - Zenith Petroleum/Cheri Perri) through a merger, and of course NPCT, ITCO, National Scientific, INCE, Sigma 7, and CA Tube are all connected in one giant spider web through Patricia, Cheri, Paul, Terry Neild, Gordon Sales, Allen Smith, etc...... It's quite a soap opera.
Patricia Johnston is President of Zenith Petroleum, and was President and one of two major shareholders in Sunlight Systems (SUNY) prior to the reverse merger that created NPCT. She was also President of Mendell-Denver Corp prior it becoming Sunlight Systems (SUNY).
Sunlight's Secretary, Paul Metzinger's wife Cheri L. Perry, was SUNY's largest shareholder, 2,083,960 shares, immediately after SUNY was created from a merger with Mendell-Denver Corp. Kristi Kampmann, Paul's current assistant, was Assistant Secretary of SUNY.
Barbara Drew, to the best of my understanding, was married to the individual that owned the property on which CA Tube was located. Back in June of 1997 she shared her "concerns" over a number of issues surrounding INCE.

Since (at the time) I was a strong support of INCE and Paul Metzinger, and I didn't like reading any negative comments about INCE. I called Paul, and he asked that I fax him a copy of her post, which I did. The next day Paul called Barbara personally, and soon thereafter Barbara retracted her comments, point by point. Interesting.

More interestingly, on 2/24/98 300,000 shares of NPCT were given to Barbara (Barbara J. Drew, TTEE, Barbara J. Drew Rev. Liv. Trust) in consideration for "services", whatever they have been?
As we know, since NPCT came into being earlier this year Ms. Drew has registered with the SEC to sell 187,033 of her shares worth an estimated $253,912 (at the time share filed with the SEC). |
