i've been following the bear market in several of these biotechs: vicl, isip & lgnd. while lgnd's BOP remains modestly postive (yellow); vicl is showing serious red (selling) and isip is showing strong green BOP. the one thing they all have in common is steep slides in share price with vicl's the steepest. i guess this casts some doubt on how accurate BOP in these stocks although i continue to consider it one of several key indicators.
